Services may be delivered in-person at our Yokohama location or remotely via video conferencing platforms. Specific service details, duration, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We will confirm all bookings via email or phone.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on coach availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
Service fees are specified on our website and in individual service agreements. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

Payment is generally required in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. For coaching packages, payment plans may be available and will be detailed in the service agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
